One of the ways I manage mental health and keep my ADHD brain occupied is crafting. It gives me a creative outlet and I get a lot of satisfaction in producing something from raw materials. Hand crocheted baskets I make these baskets with either 12 ply yarn or a couple of strands of 8 ply yarn to provide structure to the basket. I probably won’t make too many more of these this year because as the weather heats up my enjoyment of working with yarn decreases. But they are fun to make so I could change my mind on that 😉
Handmade Envelopes I started off making these in plain paper as seed packets. Then I came across some pretty craft paper in a local store and I could not resist having a go at making gift envelopes. These are a nice weight paper (I can’t recall the exact gsm) and at 11×7 cm are a perfect size for holding a gift card, small items or tiny letters 😉
